Mission Mountain Enterprises, Inc. is a
private, non-profit corporation, established in 1975 to
provide services in Lake County to individuals with
developmental disabilities.
A developmental disability is defined as a disability
attributable to mental retardation, cerebral palsy,
epilepsy, autism or any other neurologically
handicapping condition closely related to mental
retardation, which has continued or can be expected to
continue indefinitely and constitutes a substantial
handicap to the individual.
Mission Mountain Enterprises, Inc. provides services to
people in it activity centers and thrift stores in
Polson and Ronan, as well as through our community
employment program. We have eight people based in our
Mission View and Benjamin St. Homes in Ronan. In Polson,
we operate two intensive care group homes, Orchard View
which is an eight bed home and 9th Ave. which is a six
bed home. Twenty-five persons are now being served in
our supported living program. We provide transportation
services to people who are in our programs.
Mission Mountain Enterprises, Inc. presently has
approximately 100 regular employees in all of its
service components.
